Book Condition: Very good hardcover, in blue cloth boards with minor corner bumping and spine edge bumping. In a very good price-clipped dust jacket showing minor edge wear and chipping at corners and spine edges and some closed rears at the spine edges. There are minor tan age spots throughout the text and a large 2cm tan spot to the edge of page 21 through to page 22. A bookshop sticker on the bottom inside edge of front pastedown. Otherwise, the text and plates, of which 4 plates are in full colour, remain in very good condition.
