Philip Wolfhagen is an outstanding Australian contemporary landscape artist. His works, which predominantly feature the Tasmanian high plains, are in great demand and he is represented in public and private collections nationally and internationally. He is the 2007 winner of the prestigious Wynne Prize for landscape painting, one of the suite of annual Archibald prizes. This monograph, with a comprehensive and insightful text by author and art critic Peter Timms, has now been republished, the first print run having quickly sold out.
