This is the fourth edition of a handbook originally published in 1937 under the title of “The Shellfish of New Zealand”. It has been completely revised, extended and a number of plates added, so that in all 530 species are now illustrated.

Book Condition: Good softcover with wear, chipping and rubbing to covers and spine. A small bookstore sticker on the bottom of the inside front cover. Foxing and a watermark to the two pages following the half-title page. Apart from a few spots to the endpages and inside back cover, the rest of the text is unmarked.
