Tales of Hearsay and Last Essays: Dent’s Collected Edition

The first part of this volume contains four stories unpublished in book form at the time of Conrad’s death. Lost Essays gathers together his hithero uncollected articles, some nineteen pieces in all, among them the long very Conradian Essay, ‘Geography of some Explorers’.

There is a print of Conrad’s signature to the front and back pastedown. Tanning to the front and back endpapers. Some tan spotting to the text block edges. Otherwise, a clean and unmarked copy internally.
