I would say this is the best service I ever had in my life! Thanks to Literati for everything, replied within a day and updated me when my book was on sale, I save $10! I bought another two copies for my friends, just an hour after I made payment, Andy rang me because he had only one copy left. So he refunded me the rest on the same day! I received the book within 2 days and it was nicely wrapped with card board, prevent from bending. Andy was so helpful, friendly and efficient!
